Eryngium — Sea Holly — is one of floristry's most striking architectural accents. Its cone-shaped central boss and radiating steel-blue metallic bracts bring a sculptural, almost otherworldly quality to arrangements. Exceptionally long-lasting and dramatic, it holds its colour and form long after cutting, making it as valuable dried as it is fresh.
Like all our varieties, Eryngium is cultivated at over 1,800 metres in the Rift Valley, cold-chain packed on the farm, and graded to international export standards under our GlobalG.A.P., Sedex Advance and KFC Silver certifications.
