Thlaspi (penny cress) is a sought-after green filler prized for its dense clusters of small, rounded seed pods on upright branching stems. Its rich, deep green texture and sculptural form add volume, structure and a fresh natural energy to arrangements — equally at home in contemporary designs and classic mixed bouquets.
Like all our varieties, Thlaspi is cultivated at over 1,800 metres in the Rift Valley, cold-chain packed on the farm, and graded to international export standards under our GlobalG.A.P., Sedex Advance and KFC Silver certifications.
