Safflower features distinctive thistle-like flowers in warm orange-yellow, surrounded by architectural spiny bracts. Its strong graphic structure and warm Mediterranean tones bring bold textural presence to summer arrangements, and it dries beautifully for long-lasting use.
Like all our varieties, Carthamus is cultivated at over 1,800 metres in the Rift Valley, cold-chain packed on the farm, and graded to international export standards under our GlobalG.A.P., Sedex Advance and KFC Silver certifications.
